Designed and published by the Federal Ministry of Information on behalf of the Independence Planning Committee and printed in England by Brown Knight and Truscott, Ltd., of London and Tonbridge. The booklet is in EXCELLENT CONDITION, with light to moderate edge and corner wear, mostly on the spine. Staple-bound, 64 glossy pages with MANY B&W PHOTOS and a few color photos. The rest of the items here are interesting and associated in some way to events in Nigeria and to the President of Nigeria, William V.S. Tubman. They are all in VERY GOOD CONDITION. They are: 7-page "Programme of the Ceremony of the Laying of the Foundation Stone" by Alhaji the Right Honourable Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa on Saturday, 26th September, 1964. The "Foundation Stone" was of The Nigerian Institute of International Affairs. There are light pencil markings on the 7th page of this stapled booklet. Thick covers, glossy pages.
