Description: Up for sale is a 1970 Pontiac Quadrajet Carb for 400 / 455 equipped cars - GTO, Grand Prix, Lemans, Trans Am, Firebird, Formula, etc. This was originally correct for a Pontiac application. It is USED but a nice original unit in my opinion. Will need to be rebuilt if perfection is desired. The numbers on this carb are: 7040262 J9 XA. This carb is being sold as is , for parts or rebuilder. It may work just fine as is. I recommend a rebuild on all carbs before using if perfection is desired.
