LOST IN TRANSIT: All of our items are shipped with tracking. We almost always use USPS. While they are extremely dependable sometimes they get busy during the holidays or backed up due to bad weather. Please be patient and feel free to contact us. If enough time has passed we can file a claim to find the package. However we have to go by the time USPS dictates which can be up to 15 “working” days. All of our packages are trackable. Just because an item isn’t moving doesn’t mean it won’t make it to you. Sometimes boxes don’t get scanned at a couple facilities and it looks like the box is lost, however the box is still moving just not being scanned.
