Description: About the Alpha Edition, approximately only 3500 were produced beginning in 2009 until all Hummer production ceased in early 2010, for ICE vehicles. The biggest asset of the Alpha edition is the 5.3L LS1 V8, in stock form (currently) is only 325HP, however this motor is capable of extreme modifications resulting in extreme HP. Hummer H3's are notable off road contenders, however, that was not my desire. My desire was to make a nice highway cruiser and improve the MPG. Currently, with the spare tire deleted 15-17 MPG is achievable if driven conservatively. This truck is stock with the 4.11 gears from factory, I purchased 3.73 gears to help the MPG, just never got around to changing them, and Yes they will be included with the sale.Also included with the sale is a "Diablo" tuner. Some noteworthy changes I made have been the custom install of "Katzkin" seat covers, custom stereo with 360 degree camera view, fully retractable side board steps by "Amp research" , and A trifold hardtop tonneau cover. Tires are less than two years old w/less than 2K miles on them. Truck has LED headlights and LED road lamps.Complete tune-up on motor(fluids, belts, and plugs), transmission(fluid and filter) and chassis (brakes, including fluid change) was completed in the past year since I took ownership. In addition to previously mentioned, replaced the polyurethane bump stops in suspension, and replaced all 4 shocks with industry best "Bilstein" shocks. To my knowledge, I believe there is one reported front end collision in its history, animal related. Paint is original except for collision repairs, mechanically sound and no evidence of rust on frame or body, the trucks life history was spent in the southern VA area for the majority of its life, outside of the snow belt. The TPMS is extremely sensitive and comes on and goes off depending on driving and weather conditions (highway vrs. residential speeds). I had all sensors tested and checked Ok, they work! just super sensitive. This truck drives and rides extremely well, given the highway condition and automotive technology of 2009. A/C still blows Cold and strong, and is still in spec. These trucks are a rarity! one of a kind, fun to drive knowing you wont see another like it unless you see a New one that cost well over a $100K and is all electric!
