Description: The details in the set are amazing. It is difficult to find matching pieces of furniture together. They are made of stained oak and pewter. This is a lovely larger set of furniture for your dollhouse or to display an 8-10” doll. This set is so detailed it is closer to a salesman sample than a toy. The largest and must detailed piece has two drawers, double cupboard doors, four display shelves, a work surface, an ornate cubby hole and it is all topped with a spindles and carved trim. The entire piece sits on four small shaped legs. It is 10.25” tall x 5.5” wide x 3” deep. There are well over 80 individual pieces in this ornate cupboard! The next piece can be used as a desk or kitchen piece and has a gabled roof over a door, spindles and two drawers sitting on four pillared legs. It is 7.5” tall x 5.5” wide and 3” deep. The desk is made of over 58 pieces of individual wood parts! The hall tree is 10.75” tall x 3.5” wide x 2.5” deep. This furniture is so well made that a board is nailed over the mirror back instead of the usual paper. The One ball finial is NOT missing from the top of the step-back cupboard or buffet and a top side rail ( I found it loose in a box and it didn’t get in the photos) One tiny pull part of the handles is missing. Glued joints may come loose during shipping, don’t purchase if this overwhelms you. Please look at all photos for a complete description. Consider all toys used and played with.
