It uses a vintage case and hub but the wheel, vane, stem, spokes, gears, shafts, pitmans, pins, spring, brake & mast are all new. Wheel and vane are hot dipped galvanized. It is the best value in the windmill business carrying a 10 year warranty. PICTURES OF THE MILL AND TOWER WERE PROVIDED BY ONE OF OUR BUYERS WHO BOUGHT THIS PACKAGE. It also includes a galvanized 4ft stub tower plus black & white photo copies of vintage plans for building a wood tower like the one shown for 20ft tall to 60ft tall. NO WOOD TOWER INCLUDED or related parts. The wood tower plans are printed on 8 1/2" X 11" paper and include dimensions.the mill & stub tower ship to you via motor freight company.
