Description: Fabulous Ardalt piece. Has been in our family for years. This is a actually done in two pieces. (See pics.) The fruit bowl sits on a pedestal. I have looked closely at it and it is in amazing condition. Item dimensions: apx. 17" tall / 13" W where the fruit hangs out / 9" w where fruit is not hanging / Pedestal is 6 1'2" W In looking the item over for this posting, I did come across one leaf that has a very minor chip out of it. You really have to be looking for a flaw to find it. Other than that, this had survived time nicely. (see pic of that minor chip) Anyone purchasing this will have quite a unique Ardalt piece. I have looked on Ebay and other sites and while there may be some porcelain pieces somewhat like it, ours is larger than just about all. It also has some heft to it. It weighs over 10 lbs. Unfortunately most of the price we are asking is in the shipping. This is going to take a large box and will be time consuming to pack safely. We like our items sold to arrive in the condition they left in.
