Description: MERUZHAN HARUTYUNYAN (1927-1973), Armenian, listed, graduated the Terlemezyan Art School in Yerevan in 1947, and from the Surikov Art Institute in Moscow in 1953, his art was exhibited in Armenia and in Russia , more informations about the artist is found in a booklet published in 1971 and in the Armenian Artists-A Concise Dictionary, 1977. Soviet Armenian art, Lake Sevan from the 1950s by Meruzhan Harutyunyan, signed on the back by the artist, had paint loss on several spots, poor condition, measures almost 4" 1/2 x 6" 3/4 inches.
