Description: CONDITION: Excellent, no defects. Porcelain oyster of clam plate produced in France by Haviland & Co. Limoges between 1888 to 1896. It was produced and decorated at the factory. The plate measures 8 1/2 inches in diameter. It is molded with 5 shells and a center salt dip. A colorful sea fern spreads across the center of the plate, with a little crab, a fish and shells surrounding it. The decoration is a transfer design that is colored by hand.
