All items are unpainted (unless otherwise stated) and will usually require some basic cleanup. This can be done with a hobby knife and/or high grit sandpaper. Due to the nature of FDM printing, which creates objects by melting plastic and applying it in layers on top of each other, there is layer lines. These are not really noticeable unless you examine the item in close detail. Additionally, through the cleanup, application of primer and paint, can in most cases hide these lines. These are printed in Polylactic Acid (PLA), which is different than most thermoplastic polymers in that it is derived from renewable resources like corn starch or sugar cane.
