Description: Conrail rebuilt 76 GP-9’s to GP-10’s, this included engine and electrical upgrades as well as short hoods being lowered below windshield. This is a Walthers GP9 diesel that has been custom decorated as Conrail GP10 rebuild, CR7531. Paint and decal work is well done, model has horns moved to prototypical location, detailed number boards, sun shades, and Kadee couplers.
