Check to ensure tap thread matches the bolt. Tap thread carefully using correct procedures. Place insert on installation tool, positioning the adj. stop so the insert tang is centered in the tang slot Wind insert in the with light downward pressure until 1/4 - 1/2 turn below the surface.
