N SCALE TOW BOAT PUSH RIVER DITCH SHIP 3-D PRINT UNPAINTED

Description: Recently the boys in the boat yard have been working on a series of barges that can be combined with tugs that others and myself have listed. A few have asked about boat to move them. The shop sort of took a generic approach to the design of a tow boat. This is very similar to an actual tow boat photographed off Parris Island SC over Labor Day Weekend 2024. I can remember seeing these in the Intracoastal Waterway as a child, these usually were hauling pulpwood for use in paper mills along the coast like Georgetown SC, Charleston SC and Savannah GA. Boat like this are also know as ditch boats. They usually push barges and are mostly seen in protected waterways like rivers and canals like the ICW. This boat is 72 scale feet long with a 28 foot beam. Height will vary with the placement of the masts. This model is about 47 scale feet high. Dimensions 142.9mm/5.62in long, 57.4mm/2.26in beam, 88mm/3.46in in height. This boat would be a great addition to any river or harbor scene. Check out my other listings because I have some barges that would look great with this boat. (Barge pictured is not included but available separately) This is an unpainted 3D model kit. For that reason we've included multiple and extra parts to allow the builder to set up their boat their way. Some assembly and painting required.
