Description: This Hopi tile & pot 2-piece set is the work of Adelle Nampeyo, a respected and well accomplished Hopi potter. Adelle is the Daughter of Fannie Nampeyo and Grand-Daughter of Nampeyo of Hano. This matchingpair are decorated in the migration, batwing motifs reserved for use only by the Nampeyo families. Both of these pieces has been signed by Adelle on the underside. She is listed in the book, "Hopi-Tewa Pottery 500 Artist Biographies". There are no known condition issues with either piece. The tile measures 4-3/16" long by 3-7/8". The pot measures 3-1/4" wide and 2-1/8" tall. Please review all of the photos as they are a large part of the description.
