This is soft foam rubber simulated leather look covered steering wheel Ford used as a factory option on many models It is not leather, but a vinyl over a soft foam base, that was how Ford did it back then. It is the type with the electrical connectors under the center cap, because this style wheel was only for cars with the horn activation button under the center cap and NOT on a lever attached to the steering column (see photo two, with two electrical concenters in the center). Please make sure your set up is like that and if you do not have the two connectors this will not work on your car or truck. Ford offered this 15 inch diameter wheel on the 1977 1978 Mustang II and the 1978 1979 F100 F150 F250 pickup truck. Nice clean wheel to use on a quality and correct restoration of your fox body Mustang.
