The first Deadwood Marshal was Isaac Brown and unfortunately for him his career lasted a measly two weeks. On August 20th Isaac and three others were heading to Deadwood from Crook City when they were attacked by Lakota Indians and killed. On September 16th a miners’ court elected Con Stapleton as the new Marshal.The badges are handmade to look antiqued tarnished and worn to give that old western look.
