Description: Reel is new and has never been used but reel does not operate right. Not sure if it got dropped or what happened but when you turn the handle there is a catch. It does not turn smooth all the way around. I lubed it up but it did not help. Guessing something is bent on the inside. Parts or repair reel. Other than the catch everything is in working order.
