Eliminates the black & white picture in composite/s-video and can help eliminate stutter from modern displays which are less tolerant with sync than CRT TVs.Drop in replacement - The board was designed to fit the footprint of the original crystal with standoffs. LED QSB - Includes a tri-color surface mount LED extension board to display which region you have currently selected. Orange = USA/60hz, Green = JP/60hz & Blue = PAL 50hz.
