Description: I recently bought this on Ebay. It was missing the mounting plate and sold as "parts only, unable to test". I connected it to my mounting plate, ran a test charge at full power and verified that it works fine. My diagnostic software shows that this test charge was the first time it's been used! So, basically it's a brand new unit with a slightly used mounting plate. It has also been updated to the most recent firmware (24.36.3).
