Description: Vintage Hairpins 4" wide die-cut display cards with brightly colored hair pins that say Deka-Luxus which is German for decadent luxury. Made in Germany before WWII and are marked "Made in Germany. 1930s or older. These are unsold old store stock in unused condition. This is perhaps the nicest looking hair pin display we have ever seen. The colors are bold and the image of the vintage lady is detailed and spectacular.
