Back cover has worn edges and some small scuffs. Address label still adhered to cover. No noted signs of missing pages, cutouts, or highlighting. No pages had handwriting, but there is a loose ad insert for a vogue subscription to mail in that is filled out. On the top and bottom of each page, there is a consistent tear, ranging from 1mm to 1/4" an inch. See pictures for examples.
