Ginny is an excellent condition, painted lash walker Ginny with her original, curly dark brunette wig in a flip with thick bangs. She has a working walking mechanism and brown eyes that only need your gentle assistance to sleep, and there are no scratches to her eyelids. Her painted lashes and brows are auburn brown and nicely visible. She has even, highly blushed cheeks with no scuffs. She can stand on her own, has all her fingers, is nicely strung and can hold all poses. She is appropriately marked "Ginny Vogue Dolls Inc. Pat. Pend." on her back which dates her to exactly 1954. She is also marked on her neck "Vogue". Her body has no stains, odors, seam splits and is a remarkably wonderful example of a classic, 1954 doll in her marvelous outfit. This Ginny will come to you dressed in an immaculate, excellent condition outfit from 1954 tagged with a Medford Mass. Vogue tag; a rosebud print pink organdy dress edged in lavish lace at the bodice and hem and decorated with the original pink flower sewn into the waist. It closes in back with the original hook and eye closure with no rust. The original matching bloomers have the same rosebud print and have excellent elastic at the waist and leg openings. She wears her original white nylon socks and pink, flat bottomed, correct for 1954, "Ginny" marked Mary Jane shoes with working knob closures. I have added a new pink satin bow to her hair.
