Steve is also a playwright and has his own theater company that brings one-person plays about American history to schools. Steve lives in Connecticut with his wife, who is a teacher. They have two children, two dogs, and a cat. Jessica Gunderson grew up in the small town of Washburn, North Dakota. She has a bachelors degree from the University of North Dakota and an MFA in Creative Writing from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She has written more than one hundred books for young readers. Her book President Lincolns Killer and the America He Left Behind won a 2018 Eureka! Nonfiction Childrens Book Silver Award. She currently lives in Madison, Wisconsin. Ailynn Collins learned a lot about writing from her teachers at Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. She has always loved reading science fiction stories about other worlds and strange aliens.
